At first Debbie was nice and helpful. However, when I called back to find out if she found parts for my car, and to ask for the estimate that she sent into the insurance company, she was very rude and wouldn't speak to me. She was yelling in the background while her husband was on the phone. No wonder I never heard about this company before ... Will definitely not be back or recommend it to a friend.

I bought a car last December and hit a deer on the way home from the dealership, which nearly destroyed my front-end. Debbie at the front desk provided me with a free estimate and worked with me personally to save as much money as I could, being that I'm a young 20-year-old man that lives away from his parents and has his own bills and such, while explaining the process of how these things such as insurance claims and their order of operations work in a clear and concise manner using common language so that nothing she said would be confusing. She was very understanding of my desire to save money, but not cut corners, and I had all parts replaced on my car and I had it home looking brand new in two-weeks time, a time where they were slammed because of the holiday season. Wally is a straight-up businessman and Debbie is a go-getter that treats you how you treat her. As to the commenters above, I'm not sure where they get the vibe that Debbie was rude, she treated me like I was her kid and made sure I had what I needed. It is a family business and from what I've seen, Debbie and Wally treat their employees like family, and try their best to treat their customers the same way. Needless to say, I would recommend this shop 10/10 times.

This is both unethical and inappropriate business practice. Therefore, this review has been flagged and reported to both ICU Securities headquarters in Franklin, TN and Google. Additionally, your assumption is incorrect regarding the person you spoke to on the phone being the same as the customer that used the review process properly.

Talked with Debbie on the phone. She was rude and disrespectful. I could not even finish my sentence before she started telling me I was wrong. I am assuming the Debbie I talked to is the same Debbie Allen who rated them 5 stars... go figure.
