EXCELLENT COLLISION REPAIR & CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had my Jeep Liberty fixed here after being in an accident. From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out, I received great customer service. Jerry, Christina, and the team were responsive and attentive to my situation and they handled everything in an expeditious manner. They by far went the extra mile (no pun intended) to really make my Jeep shine again. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone's car needs. Excellent work!! they quote u a price and then once they have ur car they said its gonna cost sever hundred more dollars. there reasoning didnt even make sense. he gets hostile and from looking at the parts used they are poor quality and he just paint over them. also what was supposed to take a couple days took over a week, so the rental car cost alot more.
Dont go there. u will end up paying much more than they quote. STAY AWAY

After my accident I took my car to them and found out that I really couldn't afford to fix my car right now. I had been to a few other shops and they would not work with me. Collision Tech was able to let me make payments on my repair. The lady in the office (Christina) told me about this new finance program they had. I didn't have to have good credit. They verified my bank account and job and I was approved in minutes. The owner (Jerry) gave me a really good price and I have 6 months to pay it. They repaired my car in just 3 days and returned it to me good as new. The guys did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone. Definitely a great experience! Thank you Collision Tech!

Recently, my white Mazda Miata trunk lid was damaged when I closed the lid on something sitting too high in the trunk. Jerry made it look brand new again even after having to create a custom color to match the existing paint. Jerry explained that my car was not painted an original factory color and he had to create the color when making the repair. You can see from the photos I uploaded that the trunk looks great.
I included a photo from the front of the car to show the excellent repair job Collision Tech did several years ago when I had extensive front end damage due to an accident. As you can see, my 2006 Miata looks brand new!
Each experience I have had with Collision Tech has been pleasant and professional. My cars have been ready when promised and the work done to more than my satisfaction. Thank you again, Jerry and Collision Tech!

I am a 100% satisfied customer of Collision Tech and I highly recommend their team to anyone looking for quality work at a great price with a very customer friendly team. I damaged my vehicle before even driving it after it was delivered to me. I was upset with myself and the first drive I took was to a different shop that told me the topper of my vehicle could not be repaired for what I thought was not major damage and it would cost me well over 2k to replace. Then I went to Collision Tech. It was such a positive experience from the beginning. The staff was very friendly and sympathetic to my situation and they took my vehicle in right away and even offered to drive me home to make my day better without asking because I was going to call a cab and lived close by. The price was fantastic and it would be ready in just a few days. So in the end my vehicle was done the day they said it would be and it was cleaned and looked amazing. The work was to perfection and I could not be happier. Thanks Collision Tech for everything!!

Took my car there expecting to get great customer service with what was supposed to be a four day dent fix that turned out to be a 21 day disaster. In the beginning when the quote was given I witnessed the owner talking to his employees like they were crap, using profane language in the presence of myself and other customers! Red flag number 1. I should've turned around then but his secretary was so nice and assured me that the job would get done right. The real problem begin when my factory decals couldn't be found online and the owner decides, without calling me and checking first to paint the stripes on two quarters of the car and leave the rest of the car with original decals. After telling them that this was unsatisfactory they repainted the car carelessly leaving body damage exposed, paint fumes and particles inside the car, underpinning bolts out of designated slots, and much more undone but calling me to come pick up the vehicle! Simply put if you hold the owner accountable for whats not done correctly, he becomes irate, rude, and disrespectful with customers. I would have done better to wait for Magnum's 6 week waiting list because the work would've been done right the first time.

I had a dent on the side of my car and when I got it back from collision tech I couldn't even tell that I got hit in the first place. The color blended perfectly and work done on my car was spectacular; it almost feels brand new. The service at collision tech is outstanding, the estimate was spot on and the service is so friendly. I wouldn't get my car fixed in any other place!

This place and the owner Jerry totally live up to all of the great reviews. I haven't even had my car fixed yet, but just in the estimation process I felt totally comfortable and confident that Collision Tech was 100% upfront, honest, and was trying to do what they could to mitigate the cost. There was no "up selling" or bait-n-switch BS. And while I was there I spoke with two other customers that have lived in the area and had come there over the years for various work on family cars (mostly due to teenage kids :-) of course) and they all spoke very highly of Jerry and Collision Tech.
