Bill Allen and his crew are nothing short of incredible! What first drew me to the Mechanics Plus family was the amazing work they do in our community to help the homeless in our area. They don't just throw money at the problem, they are out on the streets; meeting, greeting and helping! Bill treats all of his customers as if they were his family. He has a business to run, which he does well; but he doesn't exploit his services. He's honest & fair. He will tell you what you need, but more importantly, he'll tell you what you don't. Recently, I woke up and started my car, only to have it scream louder than a cat walking on hot coals. I was petrified; the screaming sounded expensive. I'm a single mom without a big support system. Bill took my car in right away to look at it. Within 10 minutes, he was sitting down with me explaining with patience, gentleness and detail exactly what was going on. He had my car fixed in no time and I left with my wallet in tact and a smile on my face.

Best.Shop.Ever. I trust Bill and his staff of expert mechanics. They truly care about the work they do and give 110% customer satisfaction. Bill goes above and beyond-I mean really-how often is your mechanic going to give you his cell phone number and answer any time you call. I have his number and have used it several times. I believe in good reviews which is why I am writing one-without even being asked! My car is like my baby and Mechanics Plus is a great babysitter! Don't look any further-trust me-Bill is honest, hardworking and goes the extra mile!

STAY AWA!!!Y Crooked mechanic

This is a scammer! STAY AWAY..The only reason he got a star is because I had to give him at least one. Took it in to have a water pump replaced and he told us we had a cracked head in the engine. HE wanted to charge us 3500 dollars and when we said we couldnt afford it he then tried to sell us a car. We took it to a mechanic on 434 and 17-92 and got a second opinion to find out that is was indeed the water pump and there were no signs of a cracked head. Car has been running good ever since.

I know Bill personally and he is an all around honest man that really cares about his customers. When my car air conditioner was no longer blowing ice cold air he had a diagnosis for me in under 10 minutes and within a few hours my car was blowing ice cold air again. He is the only person I trust with my car. He is the best of the best.

My mother in law's vehicle desperately needed brakes. We had seen several chain shops and got several estimates and all of them seemed to say something different. I live in Metro West, but I come 30 minutes out of my way for good reason: I trust this shop, the employees and shop owner. Their prices are fair and reasonable. One of my repairs, was covered by a one year parts and labor warranty. Seven months later, it turns out the part was defective. Bill really saved the day for my one year old son and I. My car broke down at his pediatrician's office and I didn't know what we were going to do. He gave me the number to call to get my car towed to him and then came and personally picked us up so we wouldn't have to wait on it to get there. Once we got to the shop he helped me get a rental car, he even put his own personal credit card down for me since I didn't have my own to secure it. He had my car ready by noon the very next day! I really can't believe how great we were treated. It was as if I was his own family. My son absolutely loved him as well. Thank you so much Bill for what you did for us. I will definitely be returning for any other mechanic needs I have in the future!!

Bill treats all of his customers as if they were his sister, aunt, daughter, brother cousin and friend. He has a business to run, which he does well; but he doesn't exploit his services. For this past year, and for as long as Mechanics Plus is around, they will be the only mechanics I go to as well as the only mechanics I recommend to all of my family and friends! My daughter goes to school in Orlando and needed work on her car's air conditioning. She had another shop look at it and they diagnosed a bad compressor clutch to the tune of over 1000.00. I live in Illinois so I discovered Mechanics Plus on Yelp. Based on great reviews, we called them. Bill got right back to me and said my daughter could drop it off and he could drive her back home. After thoroughly checking it out, they discovered a bad belt that was the culprit. Less than 50.00 to replace! Needless to say, we have found our "go to" shop. It is great to find an honest and fair business with nice people who can be trusted. i might even have my car serviced there when i am visiting my daughter!

Would never take my vehicles anywhere else! Bill and his staff have worked on all our vehicles from the Ford Van, Explorers, F-150, to a Nissan Z. Very knowledgeable, honest and fair on prices. Where else would you have your mechanics personal phone number but here? They actually care about you!

I have been to many different shops with my car over the 15 years of owning it. I have finally found the shop I will continue to go to.
