Awesome

Based off of the other reviews my husband & I read, we knew we were in good hands. And now after having experienced the service we received, we know we're in great hands any time we have a problem with our vehicle! They are hands down amazing. They were all very friendly, courteous & efficient in their work. The best transmission place in Pensacola. Honest, Reliable, Speedy, Fantastic work. Best Rates. Goes over and above to help customers. Stuart has been doing my Limousines and cars for 15 years. Stuart's Superior Transmission...

Stuart's Superior Transmission is a great place to go for nearly any automotive issue. Not only are the staff extremely courteous, they go above and beyond to explain the work being done on your vehicle. I would like to give my highest recommendation to Stuart's Superior Transmissions. They really do give Superior service at an affordable price. They repaired the transmission on my 1969 Corvette and did a wonderful job. I had Stuart's Superior Transmission repair the transmission in my 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 as well as do some general repairs. There is a reason the word Superior is in their name. Everything involved in my experience from price, turnaround time, and customer service that is second to none. Stuart and his staff are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business. You cannot beat the price or the warranty anywhere in our area.

I recently was stuck in Pensacola from out of town after my truck broke down. It looked like there was an issue with my linkage, I was assuming it was going to be a long and expensive day at a transmission shop. Someone recommended Stuart's to me, I called and Stuart himself answered, connected me to a towing service and got my truck over there. Once there, he realized it was a relatively simple problem, but not one he would be able to fix right away, so he was able to fix it temporarily and get me on my way and did it for free at that. If only every automotive repair shop was like this, thanks so much for making a rough day easier to handle!

Stuart is a great guy, I was reluctant to bring my transmission to a shop here in Pensacola I was debating on just buying a refurbished one from GM or NAPA, but after the reviews, and talking with numerous friends, I settled on Superior. And I'm happy I did. Stuart drove my truck and diagnosed it no charge. He's very knowledgeable, as well as his master builder (Brandt or Brent) sorry, bad with names. Stuart invited me to come watch some of the work they were doing and Brandt was very patient and answered all my questions about transmissions and the parts inside of it, etc. He showed me the broken parts of my transmission and explained why they needed replacing and the difference between what it looked like and what a new one looks like. No one else in town gives a 3 year warranty either! Summary: great guys! Go see superior!

I stopped by Stuart's to talk to him after anoyther shop (out of town) told me they couldn't replace my transmission because the headers on the car made the job too hard. Stuart was very friendly, confident they could do the work for me and more than happy to take the job on. I went and retrieved the car and new transmission and brought it to him. Two weeks later the job was done on time as he had promised. He was also very good at keeping me informed of the progress and handled the return of my old core for me. Another small business in Pensacola which is worthy of your support. Guys like this are what make Pensacola such a great place to live. Good guy, easy to do business with, reasonably priced, and does great work. Highly recommended.

One of the best automotive shops in town, Their customer service is excellent and when you talk to Stuart, you immediately realize that he is an honest mechanic that will give you a clear and honest diagnostic. In addition they charge a fair price for their services and their quotes are free.
