The care and honesty Brian Hays provides is unparalleled. He never charges for something extra. He always tells you up front what it costs and the problem. And if it's something he doesn't have like tires,He sends u with a personal recommendation to a store that sells them. The entire town of automotive places in Lakeland respects him. And for good reason!

Brian Hayes automotive did a lot of work on our ten year old van for less than the dealer would have charged, and it made a noticeable difference in the driving performance. Brian even called a week afterwards to check in and ensure everything was performing well. No more dealer servicing for me with their high profit extras, now that I have found my honest local mechanic!
