overcharges, does not do the work he claims to do

Dropped my car off on Thursday and was told they would look at it Friday. Called Friday afternoon and was told they would look at it Saturday. Saturday when I called I was told sorry we will look at it first thing Monday. Didn't hear from them Monday so Tuesday morning I called and got voice mail. Said I wanted to pick up my car. They called back and told me they were looking into it and they would call me later that day to tell me what the problem was. I called them at closing time and was told they needed another day. Waited till closing time Wednesday and called them. The new owner told me I was just about to call you. Funny right? He told me they were done with it. The good news was that they didn't find anything wrong with it and it was only going to cost me 160. They said the problem would most likely come back but I now have a credit. I then told them I'm not coming back if it takes you a week to even look at my car. The owner then got ignorant with me and said he told me it was going to take a few days. Don't go here. Vladimir seems like a nice enough guy but I have nothing but contempt for the new owner

I used Vladimir for my wife's Audi A4. His work is amazing and his prices are better than anyone out there. He completed the work on time and on budget. Vladimir made it very convenient for us. He met us at his shop on a Sunday to pick up our car. I would recommend Vladimir to anyone.

I have taken my cars (BMWs) to Vladimir for several years now. European Master Tech is the only shop I take my cars to. I trust Vladimir to do all the maintenance and service on not only my cars, but my kids and ex-wife's cars too. I have recommended Vladimir to many friends and they all have the same great experience. Outstanding service, extensive vehicle knowledge, years of experience and great prices. Do yourself a favor, take your car to European Master Tech. You'll be glad you did.

I have had Vladimir work on my two bmws for over 10 years. I have always been very happy with the work that has been done. They use the best parts and know what they are doing- on German cars especially. The best thing about European Master Tech is the customer service. I have appreciated the loaner car, the car washes, and the friendly service. I have also appreciated being well informed on how things went, and you can tell Vladamir is passionate and excited about what he does. He seems to be as excited as I am to have my car back in top form! He will treat you like a friend. If you really care about your car, take it to European Master Tech!!!
