I recently was hit by another car in Melbourne Beach, which caused my BRAND NEW car to be destroyed!! I was so devastated. A friend recommended Tommy Blair Quality Collision Repair because I am new to the area and had no clue who to go to. I am SO thankful that she did! They did an EXCELLENT job. My car didn't even look this good when I drove it off the lot. They got me in the same day I called and had my car back to me in tip top shape. The best part about it was they handled everything with the insurance department of the guy at fault. Which was such a blessing because who wants to deal with an upset insurance agency. They notified me of any detail or part ordered and time frames. I now recommend TBQCR to any one!!

Tommy Blair's "Quality" Collision was very disappointing. We took our Nissan 350Z there for painting of the rear hatch due to a chemical spill because of the 5 star reviews, but found there is a lot more to consider than a business' reviews. The quality of work, attention to basic details, confidence that billed services were performed were absolutely lacking from our experience. Tommy Blair has actually only owned this business since October 2013, so previous reviews are about the previous owner. That said, there are still reviews on other sites more recent which claim quality work. The over spray both from red paint and clear coat on trim, weather stripping, bumper cover (which supposedly had been removed) was very disappointing. Not only was the paint job done very poorly, they had drip lines along the edge of the hatch, rough tape lines all along the hatch, and when they blended with clear coat, they didn't even clean the shop sanding dust under the hatch causing cloudy overspray

Amazing !! I was in an accident (pretty bad) Last year. I thought my Kia Soul was lost to me and I LOVE my car. USAA sent me to Quality Collision Repair. I thought no way could they fix "Scarlett" and have it drive like the nearly new vehicle was. I was wrong. They made her like new and a year later I just got a follow up call from Theresa (who is just as amazing !) Customer service is wonderful and I felt like they really cared about my car as much as I do :) Thank you To all of the staff !! This place uses OEM Brand new in box parts!!!

If I could give 10 stars to Teresa and team I would!!!! Do NOT listen to your insurance company when they tell you that the place is not "recommended". Quality Collision uses BRAND NEW in box OEM parts to fix your car. Most people do not know that all insurance companies bully these companies into purchasing NON OEM parts or parts from JUNK YARDS from previously wrecked vehicles. When these companies say NO that they will ONLY use brand new in box OEM parts, the insurance companies say they will not recommend these companies. Teresa and her company has been handling my families automobiles for YEARS. The workmanship and talent of this shop is UNREAL. She has helped us out so many times and deserves all the business she can get. Insurance companies are shady just like medical insurance companies. All I can say is BEWARE of those that are recommended by the insurance companies and use Teresa. The Todd Family!!!

Just picked up my husbands tru...

Just picked up my husbands truck from Quality Collision Repair. They did a great job. From the time of the estimate to the finished work they were awesome!! They called me to give me an update after having the truck for a couple of days which impressed me as I have never had a shop do that before. Had an issue (not with them) and called them and they went into action and took care of it. Kassie and Theresa were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. I recommend them for their professionalism, their quality of work and the friendly staff.

Our experience did not live up to expectations. The paint service on our 350Z included multiple areas of paint and clear coat over spray along with areas where clear coat was applied without cleaning the areas affected (in-bedding dirt into clear coat). Add to this, the fact that our vehicle was returned filthy, I would not recommend this shop.

This place is awesome! My daughter's 2006 Nissan Maxima was in a front end collision and needed her hood, front bumper, etc. replaced. She also had some vandalism done to the driver's side door which needed repair. Dirk was very professional, understanding and accommodating with our schedule in getting the car in and out of the shop so she had transportation when school resumed during Christmas break. We were so pleased with the service, quality of work, etc. Her car looked brand new. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We brought our 350Z to Tommy Blair's because of the positive reviews, but found the quality of work and attention to detail to be well below acceptable standards. The paint on our rear hatch was peeling from a chemical spill and no body work was required, but the 3 day job became a 10 day job at a cost of almost $500 over their estimate and the car was finally delivered with multiple major issues. The paint job from Tommy Blair's Collision had over spray all along the weatherstripping, on the black trim, on the bumper cover which they billed to remove and reinstall. Tommy Blair's answer is that the car had been painted 4 times (the reason they upped the price to our insurance company). Strange thing that Schlenker CarStar Collision (the shop estimating our repair for The Hartford) could find no evidence of previous paint except for two 1 inch places on the side of the hatch that "seemed rough". We bought the car in 2008 from the original owner when it was 4 years old with 18,000 miles on it. We have never had any paint job done and the owner was meticulous with his paperwork on his "baby". These areas were not over-sprayed when we took the car in. Also... even after a return trip to Tommy Blair's Collision, there is still over spray on the weatherstrip and bumper cover. The entire hatch now also "feels rough". When we picked up our car, it was filthy from the 10 days it spend outside at their shop. It had been hosed down without more than a cursory wipe down with a dirty rag. The area under the hatch still has obvious cloudy area along the spray lines where the shop did the clear coat blend without cleaning the dust accumulated during its stay outside. Durk (shop manager) and David have always been friendly and respectful with us and promptly scheduled our return visit to address the worst of our issues. For this reason, my review is a 2 star versus the 1 star I am inclined to give. The car looks a lot better after they used a solvent to remove over spray and buffed some of the areas on the bumper cover. They still missed a lot of the over spray and the cloudy clear coat mixed with dust is still visible. In general, Tommy Blair's "Quality" Collision is not a place I would recommend taking a vehicle worth more than a few thousand dollars unless it is a fleet, farm, work, or government owned one. The finished product (at least from my experience) is far from what one would expect from a 4 or 5 star body shop.
