I had my car towed to Ridge Auto Body after hitting a deer at 60 mph in Pemberton, NJ. Unfortunately, I didn't have comprehensive insurance and would have to pay out of pocket for any repairs. The owner of Ridge made an immediate good impression with me when he offered to pay for my car's release from an uncooperative auto shop where the car was being held (Craig's Auto). The shop owner was extremely friendly and dealt with me personally in every step of the process. Ridge is honestly one of the best auto services I have ever dealt with. It is a relatively small family owed business, but that doesn't take away from the quality of their service. The people are friendly, they perform quality work in a timely manner, the work is guaranteed, and more important than anything else, they are honest. They seem to do their best to keep you informed, answer your questions, and work with you when you are busy or finances are tough. Ridge comes highly recommended.

I went to Honda in Eatontown to check my brakes. They found no problems. I knew differently and was shocked. I move to Brown Mills 1 week later and they found the problems and let me c it on lift. They could of soak me for a complete brake job, but just replaced what was needed. Thanks. Lou S

awesome

Not only is the work and how quickly it is done perfect, I totally trust them. When does that happen? They don't do things to raise you bill, actually if they can find a way to make it cheaper they will . They treat everyone as if they have known you a lifetime. So friendly and down to earth. My minister recommended them and I went to them because of his praise. I live 16 miles away. Have shops walking distance from me. Have to pay extra to tow to this shop. But its worth it. I don't know a thing about cars but with this shop I trust everything he says and have had excellent results!

Honest shop

Trustworthy! Reliable, friendly, very courteous. The most important thing to me is that I know they are truthful. I can trust what they say about my cars. They never try to pressure me into spending more money, either. Their prices are reasonable and their work is excellent. They call promptly, tell you what you need to know, and communicate extremely well. They will drive me and my kids home (4 miles) every time they work on my vehicles. If they tell you your vehicle will be ready tomorrow, it will be. 5 stars!
