We had a great experience here! They had lots of great cars that were in good shape with low mileage. Massey and Bari were super helpful and very fair. I would definitely recommend 405 Motors to anyone who doesn't enjoy dealing with car salesmen - this place is very low-key and no pressure.

Do not ever buy a car here. The car I got was sold with a cracked exhaust manifold, and electronical problems. They don't care about the quality of the cars they sell, they just want your money. They wouldn't, at all, with any repairs.

I just like quite a few others am very disappointed with the discovery of all the repairs the vehicle I bought from them needed, after they assured me it had been through their shop and was in good working order I got it home and within 2 days I have found that it needs many repairs. If you choose to buy from this dealer please be very cautious and take the vehicle to a mechanic BEFORE you are stuck with it!

All I can tell you is that this dealer knowingly sold a disabled person a car with doors that don't lock. Imagine getting home, discovering that, and dealing with it when you can't walk. The air conditioner that was blowing hot air didn't just need a recharge, it needed a new a/c pump. The car required $4,000 worth of repairs within a week. After reading an extensive amount of reviews, I decided I would give this place a try... boy was it a WASTE OF TIME. I looked at a Ford Escape and asked how the mechanical condition was. The staff was so patient and kind. They also answered any of our questions and really made sure we knew what we were buying. I bought my car Benz GLK 350 at this dealer. Compared with cars of other dealers, their car has cheaper price and lower mileage. I had a great experience with them. The car had little problems before, and they quickly helped me to solve them. They also promised me that if my car has any problems later, they will help me to repair them.

No pressure to buy here, You are free to look at cars without a sales person bugging you. Some folks want that and give 1 star reviews because no body held their hands while looking for a car. Yes I'm calling stupid people out, for real 1 star? I did not do a review right away I waited about 10 days because we wanted to make sure are dealings where finished. I've bought over 50 cars in my life and this is only my 3rd used car from a dealer. I would consider 405 motors again. That is a very good statement from me.

Great experience in buying a used car at this dealer. There was no pressure, they were very helpful. We got a Subaru at a great price! They stand by their cars. A few days after we bought the car the low oil pressure light came on. We took it to their service dept. and they fixed it without any hassle or cost.

They are a different style of used car sales. There is no pressure to buy. You tell them what car your looking and they show you and give you all the time to look at it without a salesman standing over your shoulder. More dealerships should try this style.
