My experience with this place was absolutely horrible. They would do anything to rip me off. The mechanic wanted $400 just to look at the problem and not even fix it. I'm sure they said they found all these problems that weren't even there. Do not go here. Save your money. Save your time and go to another place. These people just want to take every penny from you for nothing. They charge like a $2000 for labor and $600 for parts. I would give them negative stars if I could but unfortunately Google doesn't allow for that.

i am really thankful not only did they have my car tow to their shop they fix my Jaguar she run like a dream. here at locomotion they do quality work if you ever need your car fix let locomotion be your first and last stop. GREAT SERVICES....:)

I WOULD NOT recommend Locomotion Transmission to anyone. I had my transmission rebuilt and it cost $2000, which is better than a lot of places. However, I had to take my truck back FOUR TIMES! The first time I left the parking lot and my truck died about 50 yards from the front door. I brought it back and they tweaked it and sent me on my way. It died about a mile from the shop so I brought it back. They sent it to a shop down the road to reset the computer and once that was done, I picked up and when I left it started rattling so bad that I took it back. They said that the case had not been tightened well, so they cinched it up and I took it to Austin. When I woke up in the morning, most of the transmission fluid had leaked out. I filled it back up and took it back to Locomotion for repair. They had to totally rebuild the transmission again, but they honored their warranty and didn't charge me a dime. That was only two months ago and now my truck is shifting hard and occasionally slipping out of gear. At this point, it is not worth the trip back to Locomotion Transmission and I don't believe that they have the skills to fix it correctly. I am going to eat the cost and find a shop who can.

One of the best transmission shops I have ever used. They have scan equipment for most newer makes and models and they're exceptional when it comes to diagnosing problems.
