I took my car to them after an accident to fix my door....since I have a drop top, there was an additional issue of getting the top adjusted correctly so there were no leaks. I went back and forth with them for many months with leaks still happening. They finally told me there was nothing else they could do for me, but they still got the insurance check without ever fixing the problem. The roof/door part is fine, however when it rains, water still comes in on the bottom part of the door. I am very disapointed in their work as well as their 'give up -oh well' attitude when they couldn't fix it.
