I'm at the Rim Monster getting my car hooked up! The mechanic fixed my door panel without me asking him to. Now the detailer is cleaning my embarrassingly disgusting car. I can drive up to the gate this week in pride. No more rotors squeaking and grinding. Thanks Tony Spivey, Greg and the team at Rim Monster! I'm sure that anyone who has ever gotten into my car thanks you as well.

Out standing Customer services store. Always have had #1 satisfaction with tires stereo and services for our fleet vehicles. Oil changes inspection and much more. The wait time is 2nd to none compared to other service centers..

The Rim Monster is definitely go to spot for all things automotive. They did my plasti dipped rims and killed it. Will be going there for my audio next. Rims, audio, maintenance and inspections soon. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles there.

Took my car in yesterday to get new tires and a state inspection. Got my car back and my wallet and iPhone charger cord were missing. I told the owner, Tony Spivey Sr, and he said he would look at his cameras. I told him I was going to contact the police and what do you know...He miraculously found my wallet in the bathroom. We took our F150 in for Rim Monster to install a new audio system and back up mirror. The system was installed incorrectly. Wires hung beneath our truck. Back up mirror was zip tied to the back bumper. The dash in truck was torn up and the screen just hung in slot with no surrounding material. The wires for the Sirus Radio was put on passenger seat side so door slammed on it. The wiring they used was wrong size. The system came with video but picture could not show because it was wired. The wiring hung below the truck with no covering and was rubbing on tires. This was a hazard to our truck with rain. It would have shorted our system. Poor workmanship and no pride in work. Had to have system reinstalled by professional team. Very sad and stressful.

Avoid at all cost. I've been riding around thinking my ABS or transmission was damaged .Had my transmission rebuilt and order a new ABS module trying to fix the problem. I waited for three hours to get a tire. The guy told me he didn't have my size. I asked was that required he said no. Guy with braids. I have a AWD vehicle with cruise control Infiniti M35x. It requires all wheels to be the same or the ABS and TCU go out if whack. So after paying to separate diagnostic fees if over 100 and a transmission rebuild and buying a used ABS module I finally found the solution online myself. Then the tire they put on that I drove max 300 miles on had a bubble I'm it so I cdnt get any money back for it. Bad business and the fact I had to wait 3hrs when this other shop took 15mins is why yoh should avoid this place At All Cost!

I went to this shop to get some rims. They were very professional and I got a better deal here then the 5 other places I looked at. I wish I went there first!! Great Shop! Highly recomended!!

they charged me 3100 for 20 inch rims on my charger 9i called my command to look into it and they said this company has a lot of complaints and to stay away from them
