Beautiful workmanship, Joe and his staff clearly take pride in what they do. Joe was excellent in communicating with the insurance company to coordinate additional repairs. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about this place, Joe and his team. I won't go anywhere else. I had a terrible experience at another shop and had my car towed to Joe's by recommendation. The other shop was trying to rip me off simply because I'm a young female. I could just tell. When I met Joe I knew immediately that he wasn't treating me that way. And I haven't gone anywhere else since. My car needed work done while I was at work. They came and picked my car up at work, fixed it and brought it back before I got off. Any parts that have needed to be replaced he's shown them to me and explained exactly why they needed replacing. One of his mechanics even made a house call. I just honestly can't say enough good about this shop and the way Joe runs it.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs done to their vehicle in this area. I am a Fleet Manager and have done many repairs with this shop and they have always saved money on quotes from other shops. Joe is great to work with and their quality, professionalism is amongst the top of the 250 body shops I deal with in Maryland. I have never had a complaint about any repair every done with them. I am 4 states away and never met anyone in person but they always give me the sense that no matter what they will always take care of my assigned fleet when I call them. My Rating is A+A+A+A+A+ Outstanding! - Rick S
