I took my truck for Keith to look at the estimate and he himself told me that he would charge me my deductible but he would get about 3 or 4 hundred more dollars out of my insurance to knock down my out of pocket cost. He also told me my truck would take about a week. Well he finished in 2 days and called the insurance so I had to take the rental back and wasn't prepared to pay the entire cost since it wasn't my pay day. When I asked him the total it was way more than what he said he would help me with and my insurance let me know he didn't ask more money from them. He told a bold face lie to make me want to bring my truck back to him and he could screw me over. He had to give me my truck without payment and wait for my payday. His people constantly call my cell and job demanding money and threatening to repo my truck. This man is a scam and a I wouldn't recommend him to fix a bike of mine. They are not all on the same page. Keith says a lot of sweet things to get the customers in and then leaves it up to Richard and Seth to be the bad guys and try to fix his lies and screw ups.
