I called Raymond after breaking down in Kona. He said he was full for the day, and then proceeded to give me free advice over the phone for possible issues and simple remedies. He said he'd call if something opened up on the schedule.
I tried what he recommended to no avail so I took it to his shop. I've never had a mechanic willing to help over the phone so I decided to take the vehicle to him even if I had to wait until tomorrow.
He called less than two hours later and had already had the vehicle in. He fixed it for a very good price and we're on our way.
Excellent customer service!! I wish Raymond had a shop in Hilo where we live!

Spent $55 just for 10 minutes! They just lifted my car took a look with a flash light and told me I need to just put silicone around my valve cover gasket! They didnt offer to look more into it! What a total wast of $55 and my time! I will NEVER go there again!
