Frankie is a very serious BMW technician. I wouldn't bring my car to anyone else. Every time I have an issue with my 330i, he always resolves it in a timely manner. If you live in the West Palm Beach area and drive a high end vehicle that doesn't have a warranty, I would suggest you bring your vehicle to Frankie Auto. I wasn't coerced into writing a review either (wasn't even told, just googled his company), I'm just a very satisfied customer.
