I took my Toyota Supra to them a little over a year ago and they put in a rebuilt engine. In less than a year or so, the car unexpectedly blew a head gasket and they still wanted to charge me an arm & a leg to have it serviced.
They never return calls and it took them four months to inform me that they'd finally finished the job. Another annoyance that they did not tell me about over the phone (you can hardly reach them anyway) is that they do not accept personal checks. Well, I wanted to pay with a company check (my company has been in business for over 25 years) and they wouldn't take it after I'd paid for cab service to transport me there to pick up my car. They demanded cash only and they wouldn't accept any calls whatsoever to confirm my account over the phone with my bank manager. Instead, they had someone take me to a local branch bank to retrieve the cash in hand.
Poor, poor service...the girl at the desk was not helpful or considerate and the manager was extremely rude...What can I say? Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

I bought a wrong part, and so I spoke a person who told me one of the partner. He said 'returned it to get credit'. The package returned to me saying their address is wrong, which was and still is the same as 701 Sonora Ave. Glendale, CA 91201.
We are talking about only $5.00 something. Today I checked into their web page, and found out their web page is completely different which does not sell BMW part. This place is no good to shop.

Took my wife's car there and service is horrible, horrible, horrible ....went in for one thing that should have been covered under warrenty and they found thier way around it and replaced simple things that were not approved to charge a few hours of labor. The customer service was horrible as well, never return your calls to explain what was wrong with the car, Had to physically go back out of my way missed work and demonstrate to still be brushed you off. Hated the service and would recommend that ALL dealers stop selling thier warranty's and dont let them hussle you. Your better off finding a good mechanic then this place. They say they dont care about the bad reviews because they service hundreds of cars a month from fancy dealers but that does not mean they provide good service. The girls that "work" there are horrible customer service and sooooooo unprofessional. I suggest everyone ger a REFUND!!!!!!!

I bought parts from them , they shipped me open boxes and incomplete full orders and told me somebody is opening my mail when the package from the shipper has pics of closed boxes so that means they left the dock and was taped up and closed with missing parts . bad company , don't have bad issues with this place buy your products some where else . unless you like poor service bad customer service .... good luck ppl.

The service sucks. I took my car because it was over heating and andrea the girl who works there told me that it was gonna take 3hrs to fix it. Its been a week and my car still at the shop. I don't think it takes one or two weeks to change the fun cluch and cooling module, and who know how many days more are they gonna take. that long time is not even to change the engine. Im so disappointed... these people are not professional at all.
