Very professional shop. Very happy with the service I got and will be going back again.
They could have easily of charged me more as they estimated me on the wrong type of oil. They stuck to their estimate which went a long way in earning my trust.

There are times when we just know it is mandantory to write a review for a business establishment. I am new to the Inland Empire. On May 31, 2016, my vehicle became disabled in Chino. I called AAA roadside assistance. They timely dispatched 2 technicians over to me. The techs worked very hard in trying to get my vehicle started to no avail. A tow truck from Pacifica Towing was dispatched and I selected "Roy's Auto Repair" at 687 N. Benson in Upland. I rode over with the tow truck driver to Roy's Auto Repair. I was greeted by the most professional office Manager (Victor) It was near the end of the working day so I expected the mechanics would run the diagnostics the following day. Victor offered me a ride in his personal vehicle back to my home in Chino. Definitely an act of kindness. Roy at the auto repair went the extra mile and notified me that my vehicle was running properly and could be picked up. I am giving this business 10 Stars!!!!!!!!!! Best, R Hughes
