Very professional shop. Very happy with the service I got and will be going back again.
They could have easily of charged me more as they estimated me on the wrong type of oil. They stuck to their estimate which went a long way in earning my trust.

When I began looking for an auto shop in the area I was pleased to find someone that was out in the open and not tucked in the back alley like the majority of the other auto shops around.
My first experience with The Car Docs could not have gone any better. While anticipating that I was going to get ripped off like the majority of other auto shops I have been to in the past, "Scott" (the owner) was very upfront with me. He told me that he had to research my cars problem before he would know if he could fix it. After feeling like it was a scare tactic and a way to be over sold on what was really wrong, he came back to me stating that it was going to be a simple fix and would not dig deep into my pockets. What a relief!!!! I assumed it was going to cost me an arm and a leg.
I felt that he was extremely thorough, and most importantly, HONEST. He promptly fixed the problem and had me back on the road with no problems since. Commercial shops like Big O and Les Schwab can only afford less experienced mechanics, nothing of the caliber to Scott at The Car Docs. The experience from a mechanic like Scott cannot be matched.
I will continue to bring all of my cars here for all of my service needs. They are honest, charge me a fair price, and get you back on the road. Scott communicates what is wrong with your car and how to fix it in a manner that anyone could understand. I refer all of my friends and family to The Car Docs and it would be a waste of time and money to go anywhere else.
