Very professional shop. Very happy with the service I got and will be going back again.
They could have easily of charged me more as they estimated me on the wrong type of oil. They stuck to their estimate which went a long way in earning my trust.

Leo, Junior and the entire staff work very hard to give honest service at a fair price. In these days of unethical business practices and not a single person "knowing" their client base - it's refreshing to work with a family business who cares about their clients. More than once, I've called to get advice about my daughter's car care (she lives down the hill) as a 2nd opinion to something she's been told by a big box repair shop and have always gotten an honest answer. You might pay a little less elsewhere - but are you REALLY getting good service? I appreciate the entire Yerena's staff - keep doing what you're doing!!

Had to take it back. Back to doing the same thing. I was extremely mad about having to go back for the same issue.
Took it back and they couldn't find the issue. I didn't have the time to demonstrate.
Got a very friendly call asking me to bring the car in for complimentary replacement parts to try and fix the issue.
Brought the car in and did a demonstration drive to show what the issue was. George is expressing extreme concern and disappointment that the issue is still as bad as it was and perplexed as to why. I am happy with the amount of service.
Okay, things are getting better. I am very happy with the service I am receiving. George and Mr.Pulido have gone well out of their way to make this right. At this point I definitely feel like they will do whatever it takes to make this right and have my car working properly as far as the strut set up and allignment are concerned. The only bad thing is my husband had to call off of work today because after working on our only car all day yesterday they were still unable to return it to me and loaned me their company 3 seater truck. On Wednesday mornings my family of 5 piles in while I play taxi taking husband to work then the other 2 to their schools with my tag along 4 year old. So he had to call off and stay home with the baby since there wasn't enough room to take him and all the kids. But that's forgivable considering they are going above and beyond to make this right. I will update my review once all is said and done. Thank you guys for the hard work. :)
***FINAL UPDATE****
Okay final results. They treated me like a close friend by the end of the experience. They expressed how troubled they were that we were still having issues with the strut. In the end everything worked out. I'm very happy with how I was treated and the hard work they put in for me. I cooperated with them and they cooperated with me and we all ended up happy and my car is smoooooooooth.
