Very professional shop. Very happy with the service I got and will be going back again.
They could have easily of charged me more as they estimated me on the wrong type of oil. They stuck to their estimate which went a long way in earning my trust.

We had no idea where to go for a reliable, HONEST mechanic. I posted a posting on a local community page in Chino Hills and the response was almost unanimous for Marks Auto. There were a lot of people who gave a high recommendation. We were in the process of purchasing our kiddo their first car. We needed several cars inspected. Mark came out personally, drove all the vehicles and personally and carefully inspected each one. Mark had a very fun and friendly demeanor, and not one of desperation or dishonesty. We ended up purchasing the vehicle he recommended and brought it back for a tune up and repair of a few minor item. His staff Heather as well was extremely friendly and personable.
We highly recommend Marks Auto for your repairs. It's nice to know their are honest mechanics out there for those of us who would be easily taken advantage of.
