This is a family owned and operated service center. It's just like you used to find in a small town. Adjacent to a fuel station, these guys are honest, excellent diagnosticians and will work on anything. They have fixed several of my cars and have turned away money in the interest of doing right. I approved a repair based upon a parts and labor estimate. When I came to pay, they told me they were able to find the parts at a lower cost, so my total was less than I had approved. Who does that? These folks do. They offered me a free oil change because I sent a friend into them. They helped me get a car home after the repair was completed, and the list of raves goes on. I hope to never need another repair, but when I do, they will have my business because they earned my trust.

I went to this shop after my usual shop decided at the very last minute they "did not feel like" doing a job that I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I stopped in and asked if he would like to do my Job (a pain in the butt V6 timing belt) and he said absolutely gave me an amazing price and told me to bring it right down He did it fast clean and to my very high standards for a mechanic He exceeded everyone of my standards and will recommend him to anyone and everyone I highly support local businesses and no other shop will get any of my work from now on

Cannot say enough about Welsh Automotive! A++ So hard to find an automotive repair shop who are so friendly, accommodating and honest. I am thoroughly impressed by their customer service and feel very comfortable going there. I am not made feel like I'm bothering them. I work in Exton , and recently asked my coworkers if they could recommend a place near our office to do a couple of inspections on our cars. Two girls right away said to take it to Welsh automotive. We have a place near our house, who are very good, but also expensive, so I decided to give Shawn a call. I let Shawn inspect my truck and then let him work on my wife's VW beetle that needed some work. Shawn did a great job and was very reasonable with his prices. I highly recommend Welsh Automotive Specialities. Shawn is highly knowledgable, kind and caring. I needed new tires and my husband and I went in to ask about putting on certain tires. He didn't try to push into higher priced tires. He actually told us about tires that were same quality but were actually less expensive. Wonderful service. I had new tires on my car 2 days later. He was prompt and punctual getting the job done. It was also nice to be given a free car wash gift card to a local car wash. Excellent service and I would definitely go back and recommended Welsh Automotive!
