Great service, fast and always polite. Jonathan and Jared helped me and my mom with her transmission four months ago, they were honest and helpful with their diagnosis. Most important fair with what they charged. Considering another shop near by wanted to charge for a complete rebuild that wasn't necessary. Today I took our VW Passat in to get a smog check based on my past experience. It took all but 10 minutes and I they were done, I also was in 10 minutes after they opened which helped as I know they're busy. Jonathan remembered me and asked how my Mom was doing. Great people and service will keep customers coming back. Thank you again.

Wow twice in a row EXCELLENT service. First time I needed a smog check but with my schedule and work it was so hard to find a place open and didn't cost an arm and a leg. They were so fast 20 min tops at the close of their day. Second time I was in a rush for an oil change, mind you they were super busy on a Saturday afternoon and the wait was an hour before my car could even get in but they hustled and moved things around and I was out of there in 30 min.
I am blown away by their service and positive nature. I will continue to come here for everything now!

Simi Valley Chevrolet has one of the best Service writers and great Service Technicians that know your Chevrolet car or truck inside and out. Why take your car to one automotive shop after another only to have them through parts and money to your repair and not find the problem.
Make the right choice the first time. They know your car inside and out, Save time and stress!
Bring it to your Chevrolet family. John Savage is an excellent and experienced Service writer and Tech. I personally ask for him every time, but if he's not available anyone can write me up, I feel comfortable with all of them. The service Manager David is very friendly and honest.
Just a great "winning service team" that just can't be beat!!

I want to thank Jonathan at High Tech for taking care of my elderly mother, Denise. They only serviced what needed to be done on her vehicle. Prior to going to High Tech she had gone to another nearby mechanic that told her she basically needed a new front end. If your in need of mechanical work done I highly recommend going to see Jonathan at High Tech. They are honest and run their business with the utmost integrity. Especially if you go to another mechanic and they give you a high quote always get a second opinion at High Tech. Doing so saved my mother $1,100. That's a huge savings for anyone especially someone on a fixed income.

Jared has taken fantastic care of our family and friends cars and trucks. I feel 100% at ease sending anyone of my friends or family to High Tec Tune and Lube. My son's girlfriend is having a problem with a truck and Jared sayes bring it in right now. We will take a look. Several years ago I was looking for a reliable mechanic/auto shop for our vehicles. I was referred to High Tech by a friend of mine. My wife was also referred to High Tech by one of her coworkers. We have been very happy with our experiences at High Tech.
By the way, I'm not friends with the owner. If I were, I'd expect one of two things. Either I'd get my repairs for free, or pay double! :)

Anyone I come across that has car trouble or needs general maintenance work done, I always recommend High Tech. My wife and I have been taking our cars to them for years, and they've always been very professional, quick, and thorough. They are honest and upfront, and very reasonably priced. Jonathan will most likely be the one you talk to, and he will certainly take care of you and your car.

This place is staffed by very honest and hardworking guys, (father and son and other guys) who know how customers should be treated. I went in to get a smog check today, and was surprised how cheap it was. When I asked why the bill was so low(I really did) they told me they were running a weekly special (which I didn't know about or ask for) and automatically applied it, saving me $20. Not many places will automatically discount a regular price without you asking, like they did. I own 10 cars, and the 6 that require smog always come here.
I do most of my own auto repair and am fairly knowledgeable in the profession, but if I am unable to figure it out, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle to the place.

These reviews must of been written by friends of the owner.High Tech Auto care is funded under a government approved program to help single parents get their cars fixed. I had taken in my 2010 Nissan because it had a blown head gasket and they wanted to charge $2400, it was ridiculously high & it didn't get approved so I couldnt get my car fixed. My social worker said they would only approve $1700 and High Tech still said no. They were nice enough to allow my car to sit in their parking lot for the repo guys to come tow it away. They knew I was a single mother and had no transportation and wouldn't fix my car for $1700. Everywhere I go in Simi and always tell people to go elsewhere.

High Tech Car Care has been great. A while back, I went to another place for an oil change, and they gave me a list of like four or five serious problems with my car that needed to be fixed urgently. I was skeptical, so I went to High Tech Car Care for a second opinion. They saw one real concern, and politely explained that the other "fixes" were unnecessary and unwarranted. Then, they took care of my brakes for a really reasonable price. I live in San Diego now, but I still try to come here as often as I can for oil changes and any other work that needs to be done. They're trustworthy and do quality, cost-effective work.

The guys here are AMAZING. You always hear cases of girls going to get their car fixed and getting ripped off but that is NOT the case here!!! I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else! They are always so kind and friendly here and give the best most honest service. The last time I was here the mechanic took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, show me the broken part and explain why I needed to replace it. The service here is amazing. They have always been such a huge help with my beat-up car. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It's nice to be able to have a mechanic you can trust. I've been coming here since I got my first car and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They've helped me with oil changes broken hoses and ignition coils and have always given and honest diagnosis and a great price.

Ive been meaning to write a review for this place but just didnt have the time. I brought my 01 4runner to get smogged here a couple months back. They had a coupon from a magazine for a discount for a smog check and I showed it to them without any fuss. The guy who worked at the counter even told me to hang onto the coupon for any other vehicles I had, sweet! The entire process took less than 20mins and I was in and out of there in no time.
I brought my dads old early 90's mercedes to get smogged a couple months later and the same guy at the counter looked at my paperwork and told me there was no need for smog since the DMV didnt request it. I failed to notice that before I brought the car in and just assumed that because it was time to pay registration again the DMV would probably be asking me to do a smog check for this old car. They've got honest staff here who will give you the facts and not try to take advantage of any unsuspecting customers.
I would recommend this place to anyone asking me where to go for smog. Great service and good people! thanks!

I found Next Auto Body by chance. Was in a bad car collision at around 6:30pm. Next Auto Body was the ONLY local body shop STILL WORKING past 5:00pm. Chris was the one that was still there, and walked me through the next few steps on how to get my badly damaged (and un-drivable) vehicle back on the road. It was a situation that I've never had to deal with. Insurance wanted to write it off as a "Total Loss" and I was a fish out of water in this arena. Both Chris and Christian took ownership of my issue, and walked me through the process STEP BY STEP to ensure that I was taken care of, got my car back, and got it back QUICKLY and INEXPENSIVELY!! I picked up my supposedly "Totalled" vehicle yesterday from Next Auto Body. The workmanship is EXCELLENT, and I really can't stress how outstanding the customer service was!! This is the benefit of using a privately owned, local small business! You get ownership and management that ACTUALLY CARE about the goals, needs, and expectations of their clientele. If you are involved in an accident - NEXT IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! I rear-ended a car on a Tuesday, and my car was ready to go Saturday that same week! Normally, it would've taken until the following Wednesday, plus Christian cleaned my vehicle for me prior to pick up for free. Chris ordered generic parts to save me $, and was reassuring to me the night of the accident - his calm demeanor helped my anxiety because I was a nervous wreck. Fast and Excellent Service, Affordable Prices, and a feeling that each customer represents a person - I'm not just $$$ - I'm a human being and an individual, and all the staff at the NEXT treat you with respect, compassion, understanding of your stress. What more could I have asked for? (Besides not getting in a car accident). Skilled technicians work in a timely manner to get you and your car back on the road in no time. Chris was especially helpful to me. So, unfortunately, if you find yourself in an accident and your car needs of repair, go to NEXT!!!
