Paint job itself was pretty decent, but man my car was brutally dirty (wheels, undercarriage etc) when I picked it up. It really soured the whole experience, especially since I spent a lot of extra money getting the thing cleaned up again.

Great attention to detail and they went above and beyond. I had a loose seal on my door that I meant to ask him to fix while my windshield was being replaced, but forgot to mention it when I dropped off the truck. Yet, to my surprise, when I picked it up he had noticed it and fixed it at no extra charge! Also, the little charm that hangs from my rear view was put back nicely after having been tangled up from years of driving. I so appreciate these little details, and it's the best price in town!!

Beautiful windshield for $175, even gave me some touch up paint for free. Louis Auto Glass quoted me at $275 for the windshield. I thought I would shop around first and found 1st choice to be the least expensive shop that I called, at $175. Louis was not able to match this price. I called to set up an appointment at 1st choice and had the windshield installed the next morning. The manager was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It turns out he was a manager at Louis Auto Glass for over a decade and explained exactly why he was able to provide such great service and such a low price by cutting his expenses. Just because it is a less expensive doesn't mean you get a worse result. I brought a book and some snacks and took a walk to the peaceful river one block away while the work was quickly done. The ultimate waiting room. There was a lifetime warranty offered on the product. I am thoroughly impressed and would shop here again.
