I took a car in that I was looking to purchase from a little dealership down the street. The fellow there was very friendly and looked the car over and let me know that the car was not worth getting. The car had no oil in it from the dealer and called them to offer to put some in for them. I highly recommend.

Looking for a good honest mechanic was hard to do. With all the bad stuff on the news about shady mechanics I was very nervous to get my car worked on. So searching and searching for awhile until I came across JAYCO TRANSMISSIONS. I read all the reviews (which were all GOOD), and looked on their website.
I told my husband to give this place a call and he did. He spoke with Tony who told him what he thinks the problem could be just from telling him what the problem was with my car. My husband said that he seemed like he knew what he was talking about. My husband had a GOOD feeling about this place. Which is why we decided to take our car there.
We took my car in and from the moment we met Tony face to face we were both at ease and felt good about it. He explained to us what the problem could be and quoted is a range. So we left the car there.
A week later Tony calls back to let us know our car is ready. Once we get there he explains and shows us everything that was wrong and what they did to fix it. So far car runs well no problems. VERY HAPPY!
From the phone call to the face to face meeting to the end went very smoothly. We put our trust in the right place. When we have car problems Jayco is the place for us. They know what they are doing and they do an excellent job. Excellent customer service...THANK YOU TONY!!!!

I would never have a transmission rebuilt again. I would buy a factory reman and have them swapped out. They have had my truck for almost a month trying to get the transmission rebuilt.

Friendly, honest mechanics, Father-son owned business. Rebuilt my transmission back in February and it's still running perfectly. Didn't have to take it back at all after they worked on it. my mother in law had her transmission changed here too and her car has had no problems with the transmission since then as well. Price is reasonable for the work they're doing. Definitely recommend!!

I am very happy with my service. 200k mile 1997 4runner, I've done all theaintenance on it and clunk! It stops shifting into first... I know it's not good. I leave it overnight and the maestro (Tony's dad) diagnoses it as something bad. Once it's out, turns out it needs a total rebuild.
Nice guys, did good, quality work. Working on it till it was perfect; no surprises, kept it at the $2000 they originally estimated. With some care, I'll have another 200k miles.

Well I had to bring another one of my cars to Tony and Javier, it was my 2004 Lincoln Navigator it was shifting from 1st to 3rd. Tony and his dad Javier had it for a while because I told them to work on it as they had time. Well after a lot and I mean a lot work really going out of their way to find out what was wrong. Well they did and I was extremely happy with the outcome. These guys are like family. Thank you both.....Darren

Tony and his father diagnosed my transmission problem and had me back on the road in a timely manner. There was never a hard sell on any of their services. Prices were up front from the beginning and any variations they would call and discuss it with you so there wouldn't be any surprises. I strongly suggest you visit them for any transmission problems. I came into jayco in June referred by my long time regular mechanic at econolube ! He had wonderful things to say about tony and his father! I went in with a beat up Honda with 230k miles . It wasn't shifting at all giving the mileage and im like the 15th owner i was only looking for honesty and an opinion and quote. I work in similar industry already i had an Idea but needed to know i was on verge of tears. TONY WAS SO POLITE! The shop was busy and it was hot and i had a car full of my kids and babysitting two other children. We sat in waiting room and they didn't mind. Tony looked at my car in the ten minutes as he said ! He gave me a few ideas considered my idea treated my beater with respect and didn't give me an absolute reason what it could be. He said it could've been the tcm what i thought which was easy fix or the trans itself. Then HE ASKED his father who was busy to look at it and test drive it . He returned in a few minutes said it was stuck in 2nd gear and said same thing it could be of 3 things and they couldn't know yet. TONY said BEFORE i do anything else, service anything or do anything crazy get a diagnostic and he referred me to another a place that he PUT his own word and trust in. he didn't scare me or try and cheat me. I asked how bad was it he just said it's hard to know. I asked if i should be driving it even just to the store and he said in all honesty it should stay at home till you can scan it and or its ready to be fixed. HE TREATED ME WITH SUCH RESPECT DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING ! DIDN'T TRY TO SERVICE IT just said BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING get it checked out . Didn't charge me a penny ! I just got tcm fixed that was the problem easy fix this. It still needs more work but JAYCO TRANSMISSION will be my only transmission shop ill ever go to or recommend.!! Its hard as a woman to trust very many places or not get cheated! I felt like this was such an honest place and very respectful ! Ill be recommending jayco and Tony to everyone i know!

What a great shop! I have had many car problems, and for a long time, I have been searching for quality service that you can trust. Unfortunately I have had car shops constantly run up the price, and give me less than satisfactory service. Tony is great. He explains the problem, gives you options, and really restores that trust that one must have in their mechanic. I came in because I couldn't shift into 1st and reverse. I was prepared to drop hundreds in my transmission and leave my car there. I was told to wait while it was checked out and to let them do some adjustments. In less than an hour I was cruising down the 110 with only a little money out of my wallet. Honesty and experience like this is something you can't find anyplace else.

I've been bringing my cars to Jayco for years. Everything from transmissions to mufflers, they've never let me down. I trust that whatever the problem, they will find and fix it in a timely manner - and for a reasonable price. Tony, the service Manager, is both friendly and knowledgable, explaining exactly what my car needs to run at it's best. I highly recommend taking your car to Jayco.
