Sam the Manager is the MAN! I work on a very busy schedule M-F. Dropped off my car Monday A.M. and job was complete (front bumper + undercarriage repair) within 4 business days. I picked up my car the same week (Friday) After being stuck in traffic coming from West LA, Sam was kind enough to wait for me to pick my car up and stay after closing to accommodate my time. He was patient upon arrival and Sam even took care of my Enterprise rental needs.
Sam also offered for me to drop the car off at the bodyshop and Enterprise will pick up as customer courtesy so I would not have to drive back and forth!
WOW, what a nice gentlemen! I cannot express how happy I am with the smooth efficient transaction that Sam was able to provide. Will be using again if needed in the future for repairs/upgrades. Thanks again, Sam! Highly recommended ASK FOR SAM!
