Great service! Walked into the store, and Cory (the service manager) was able to determine the problem by simply asking a few questions. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and helpful. My car was finished within a very reasonable time, and I was not overcharged. I had my AC fixed by another mechanic twice before and it still didn't work, but Canyon Auto was able to completely fix it AND for half the price. I refuse to use a different mechanic now.

Canyon auto made several repairs to my late model Ford Explorer. One of which was servicing the transmission. The day I picked up my car it shook while running. I returned it to Cyn Auto twice and was told that the failing exhaust system was shaking the car. In October while driving on the hwy. I experienced a loud screening sound from under the car. I stopped and it would no longer drive. I had it towed to another shop who found that the transmission was falling out, as it was only held in with 1 loose mounting bolt. It cost $1,340.00 to have the transmission repaired and installed properly.
Cyn. Auto refuses to pay for the repairs, and even claims to not have worked on the transmission. There statement shows differently. I also discovered that Cyn. Auto inflates there estimates and invoices by 500%.

We have used canyon several times in the past and always had good service. With my husband out of town I took my car in the other day and again left very happy. I don't feel like I am taken advantage of and the price quoted over the phone was what I paid.
I wasn't charged for something I didn't need and I feel like they do a good job, within the time stated and for the price given. I was also able to get a ride to and from work so that was an added benefit. Overall, I had a good experience, courteous service and a fair price.

I am SO IMPRESSED with Canyon Auto and Truck Repair! The Owner Kevin went above and beyond when I really needed assistance with my car and the Service Manager Cory is an expert at identifying and repairing with precision and timeliness. I was really in a bind with my car breaking down and Canyon Auto & Truck Repair saved the day! These folks keep their commitments, costs are low, and they have such integrity. Highly recommended for trustworthy work!
