I've taken my 325i to this shop twice, once in late 2015 and again last week (June 6). My first experience was quite positive: the man at the desk was a bit gruff, but honest and straightforward, and it seems the work was done well. So I felt good about bringing it in again last week to deal with an AC issue. Unfortunately, this visit did not go so well. The man I had dealt with the first time was nowhere to be found. I told them about the AC problem, and they seemed to acknowledge it. I mentioned my AC problem again when they phoned to recommend a few other service items (which I accepted). When I picked up the car a few days later, however, the AC issue had not been addressed at all, and in fact the staff seemed completely unaware of it. Since it was late in the day, and I had already returned my rental car, I took the car anyway. When I phoned the next day to complain, the guy made no attempt to understand what I was talking about, and instead flipped through his notes to explain how he was not responsible. This was incredibly annoying: on reflection, I see that the shop never tried to understand what I was experiencing when I drove the car. Surely that is key to customer service in a repair shop! To top it all off, the guy never gave me a paper receipt, promising instead to send it by email. Three full business days later, plus a weekend, I still have not received it. I am not sure whether to put this down to incompetence, or to a reaction of petulance after I expressed my annoyance on the phone. In either case this is utterly unprofessional. I will never visit this shop again if I can help it.

Amazing service! The Statham location was so helpful with diagnosing and repairing my daughter's BMW. The cost was very reasonable and they worked with us to ensure that her car would be safe. The car is much better than it was when we bought it! Awesome people to deal with! I highly recommend them for any car!

These people are so nice and helpful! My husband called for some help with his Mercedez Benz S-430 and the lady was able to diagnose the problem over the phone! She did not ask for the car to be brought to her service department. These people are simply outstanding!

Took my car in for a power steering flush. Guy took my keys and said we will fix it tomorrow. I came back tomorrow because no one called me and no one picked up when I called. Turns out the place was being closed for 3 days and my car remained in the parking lot UNLOCKED. So I went in my car and took out all the paperwork for the car just in case. I called them several times and never ever got anyone. I checked on my car every night waiting for something bad to happen. Finally, Monday arrived and I went in. Guy pulling up his pants that just came out of the bathroom said "Can I help you?" I told him to give me the key and just left before I flipped the place upside down. He didn't tell me anything about being closed. Didn't lock my car. Left it in the parking lot. No contact either way. I even went to the police to see if they had an emergency number (which every business should have) a nice, polite cop said for some reason they never listed an emergency number. Don't take you car here. I pass it a lot and always see high school aged kids in the garage windows monkeying around while someone's 40 thousand dollar bimmer or merc is sitting there behind them.

My car broke down and I needed to get it back on the road quickly. The BMW dealership recommended this place. I asked Bimmers South to give me an estimate to repair EVERYTHING on my car to bring it back to tip-top shape. The original estimate was doable and I agreed to the terms. On the day I was supposed to receive my car back, they said that my engine blown which should have been one the FIRST thing that should have been checked. At that point I already had brand new parts in my car (which made it unavoidable to get around) and it costed me a substantial amount of additional money to add towards my car. Absolutely ridiculous. Finally got my car back on the road just to find out that my radiator was leaking and my transmission was failing. Once again these things should have been told to me in the beginning when I asked for my original estimate. If I had known that my car had all these problems to begin with obviously I would've gotten a new one. They take advantage of college students and give customers false hope. Do not make the mistake I did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The staff was courteous and noticeably taking care of every customer. The manager Gigi was awesome and on top of what was going on with every customer. They worked hard to get me out of a bad situation which I was recommended to by another dealership that could do what Bimmers could. Thanks for all the hard work.
