They replaced a transfer case on one of our fleet trucks. The job was well done and at a very reasonable rate. Great customer service from the beginning. I wanted to go with a rebuilt transfer case and they even helped me to locate the specific part number that i needed before bringing the truck down to do the job. Being a fleet vehicle, it was very important that i had the truck back in service as quickly as possible. I dropped the truck off on Friday evening and they had it ready to go by Tuesday morning. I was very pleased with the overall process, and especially pleased with how they helped me locate a part before they even had the truck in their garage. I will definitely be recommending TJ automotive to anyone in need of auto repair.

Travis and his guys went above and beyond to get my truck up and going in the shortest amount of time possible. Originally I took my truck into TJ Auto to have the U-Joints replaced and during the repair process it was discovered that another part was damaged. Unfortunately due to the rarity of the part there was only one available in Colorado, and in order to get my truck done in one day (as quoted) Travis drove to south Denver to pick it up and get it back to Loveland as quickly as possible. His tech then stayed late to finish the job and the quality of work was that of the dealership at a much lower price. I'd highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this local family owned business!

Travis was awesome, not only did he listen to my concerns on a recently purchased used car, but he thoroughly diagnosed, and told me what needed to be done. I left the car with him for the weekend, and was promised the vehicle would be repaired on schedule the next week. However as usual with used cars, there was a problem nobody expected, but Travis and his team fixed the car and assured me that I would not have any further issues with it. As promised, the car has not had a single issue with the repair he performed and I will trust him with future repairs. I have never had a "regular" mechanic, however with the experience I had, I will be bringing all my repairs to his shop.

We used the services of TJ Automotive for both some car repairs and for a U-Haul rental. The service was prompt and friendly. Technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. We would certainly go back!

Travis is honest as they come. He does great work and treats his customers like first class! Reasonably priced. Travis has replaced my timing belt, water pump, breaks, and even wired my trailer.
