Just went and picked up my truck from B&M autobody and restorations in New Windsor, NY. John the owner has Excellent customer service skills and experienced in all mechanical engineering and body work. Has done numerous repairs and upgrades on my Mustang from welding to installs. His restoration work is also incredible he is currently restoring my 72 ford f100 truck.

John made my 13 year old car (that I love and am never getting rid of) look brand new! When it recently was hit and the insurance company wanted to total it, he managed to squeeze more money out of them. Besides repairing damage from the collision, I did some additional restoration and repair. John was willing and able to work within my budget. My car looks as good as the day I bought it.

I had some metal plate unhinge and was now dangling from underneath my car and I'm needing to go to work. My husband just had something done on his car at this place and he was very satisfied with their service. So I call them up and speak with Rob who tells me to bring it in. I get there and he takes a look and tells me it's my heat shield and all he has to do is take the part of that rusted out. He tells me to give him five minutes to switch out a car from out of the bay to take a look. He then shows me where it had rusted out and that it was common and removed it and all should be fine. I had been there maybe 15-20 minutes in total. The customer service level was superb and Rob took the time to address the issue efficiently. And I was still on time for work. My husband and I found our new mechanic for our cars.
