Joey, Chris, and their associates are so phenomenal that I recommend them to people in NEW JERSEY ... because they're worth the trip. Joe and Chris are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair. I have been utilizing their service for years. The work they do is both quick and excellently performed. When you or your loved ones are on the road, you want to be confident that your vehicle is in good working order. That's what you get from this business. They even send you reminders when maintenance and or inspections are due, a great free extra in this busy world. I highly recommend these guys if you value peace of mind and worry free driving.

There is not a more honest, reliable and friendly auto repair shop in Queens...or in all of New York City. These guys are fantastic. Honest, fair, and reliable. Been taking my car here for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. My car is older and I'm always questioning whether or not to invest more money into it. They give honest estimates and opinions and I trust their judgment. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics. Took my car in due to an A/C problem. Received a recharge, very cheap. However, had to bring it back a couple of days later as the problem cropped up again. Found out that I did have an extensive leak and condenser problem. Since the problem was not fixed the first time I received a nice rate and the labor rate was excluded. We all know how costly labor can be. I will definitely be returning for any other issue that comes up.

Had to go to GNB this time for a battery replacement. Joe was very nice even though he was a little busy. He got me a estimate and told me when to bring my car back. I was in and out in less the 1/2 hour. What I really like so far about this Mechanic is that when he says to cone back at a certain time. He is ready for you.

aren't you tired of mechanics that rip you off? with crazy estimates? GNB JOE the owner was very helpful. not only did he get the job done in 1 day but my final price for the entire job plus extra work that he did was 1/3 cheaper than 2 other places i went to. its also easy because there are rental places down the block so essentially its very easy to drop your car off and renting a car.

You have to appreciate honest mechanics. My car overheated and I brought it in first thing in the morning and was ready in the early afternoon. Great guys. Been going here for years, so did my parents. Reasonable pricing. Always great service.
