Owner of C J Wagner is a liar and has shady business practices. Don't get body work done there! I took car to see if front bumper that they painted 1 1/2 years ago was warranted. Paint peeling on top side. Body manager took a look. I told him I know I caused lower bumper damage. Could he fix that too? He said he'd take care of whole bumper, "No Charge". Had to wait few weeks for appt. I called Fri before my Mon appt to confirm date and no charge. Monday at 7:45a.m. I got a call from Ken Wagner, the owner. Body manager out sick. Ken looked at bumper said would cost me $513. WHAT???! There was no new damage since N/C quote... Ken said paint alone is approx $500. He said he'd do the work for $400. At this point I was in shock. I paid the $400 because I didn't want to go thru quotes at other places and schedule appts, etc. Fee breakdown showed paint and parts cost $169. Not $500 like Ken told me. So I don't understand the high price. The body shop managers sick day was a $400 day for me. Ken Wagner does not stand behind his employees word. Like I said, he is a liar!

$175 just for them to come out then so much by the mile cost me nearly $200 to tow my car 2 miles biggest rip off ever took them 5 mins to load up the car and off they go how does the cost them to charge me almost $200 thats some bullshit will not recommend them they are cheaper tow companies way cheaper tow companies
