My wife and son were travelling through Illinois and got a flat tire on a Saturday night. She had no spare. Every automotive place was closed and she was stranded on the side of the road. The only place that could help was going to charge in excess of $500. I called Taylor's and although it was after hours he answered and helped me try and find a solution. While contacting places up to 50 miles away, he surprisingly called me back, concerned for my family. Despite it being after hours and a good distance from his shop, he went out to help. He was able to help and didn't gouge us on the price. I can't begin to say how grateful I was that he really went above and beyond. I'm genuinely glad that there are still people in the world like this. I couldn't recommend Taylor's Automotive more for anyone in the area. Taylor's is exactly what you want - friendly, fair and honest.
