European Autoworks, in my opinion, is one the best Volvo repair places in the Upstate. When I bought an S40 for my daughter from a dealer in Anderson they immediately recommended European Autoworks as the place to go for repairs. I'm impressed with them for numerous reasons. One because they use the latest technology and software to recognize and repair problems quickly. Two, they are factory trained and offer full service and general maintenance repairs. Each time our car was in need of repair they were genuinely concerned. They quickly put my mind at ease. European Autoworks undoubtedly understands the value of their customers. Because of their commitment to satisfaction, I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

My husband and I love Volvo's, and have had our most recent one serviced here for the last 5 plus years. Leo is our service manager, and he really goes the extra mile. We have V70 wagon, which we love, and they have been great at problem solving when the dealer either denied there was a problem, or couldn't figure it out (Or both!). They have always been courteous, timely and thorough.

Our experience has NOT been a good one! We had a theft from the vehicle, vehicle was in the lot, not broken into, video cameras to monitor lot not working. Owner not returning my call. Police report made. Nobody knows anything. The shop had the key. What do you think?

I recently had an independent inspection performed at this facility & would highly recommend them to anyone with a Volvo in need of evaluation. The service staff were not only very efficient, professional, and courteous, but seemed to be extremely knowledgeable in their specialty. They provided me with a detailed explanation of their findings, estimates for repairs, and took the time to answer my questions. I'd definitely feel comfortable bringing my car to them for needed repairs. Thanks again!!!
