Dropped in Bob's to get my emission and inspection done. He was very helpful and friendly and took extra time to explain a few things. Suggested a place to grab lunch nearby while he did the job. In and out quickly. Thanks!

To all the ladies out there looking for a service center that will provide quality service with integrity, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. I asked the older gentlemen about purchasing a headlight, which I knew cost roughly $10. I mistook his quick and grabby approach as helpful until he came out of the garage 2 seconds later, telling me the part and "labor" was $31 dollars. When I questioned why he was charging me 3X the amount his toned changed as did his friendly demeanor. He proceeded to lie about having to remove my battery before repairing the bulb. I could have changed the part on my own, and knew that moving other parts within the car was not necessary. Shame on this auto service for not only up charging and lying, but also for trying to pass off their rip off as "knowledgable." This auto center will never see my, my girlfriends', nor my family's business again.

With regard to service, this is as good as it gets! And it comes with a smile! Bob is very gracious, helpful, thorough and honest - all the qualities you want when you need someone to take care of your car. And everyone who I've referred to him feels the same way - you can't go elsewhere!
