Family style treatment with amazing knowledge and great time management with their estimates and appointments. I've been going to them since 1990 and always left with a better reliable vehicle for beer runs and to & from work! Wishing more businesses were like this. First time visit, wonderful courteous service. Waiting area is pleasant and very clean. While there I witnessed a refreshing kindness. After an elderly couple had communicated what they needed done the friendly receptionist said she understood they wanted to have breakfast at Tom's. She arranged to have someone drive them, programmed their cell phone with the business number in case they wished to call and told them they would call when their vehicle was ready and someone would pick them up. This, combined with the general attitude, atmosphere, knowledge and prices will have me coming back.

Best garage west of the mississippi. HONEST family ran business and they know their Sh#$. Have been taking my vehicles there for years and have never been ripped off. For example...had a smog check done one day and after completing the paperwork and while walking to my truck,out she comes after me "Mister Johnson you gave me one too many twenties". She could have easily pocketed that twenty dollar bill. Now THAT is honesty.

I went here for the first time today. I was completely happy with the service I received. Friendly and helpful employee at the front desk. Clean, quiet and air conditioned waiting room with cold drinking water and big stacks of magazines. The repair I needed only took about 45 minutes and cost a third of the price I had read on the internet that the repair should have cost. (I needed a new serpentine belt.) The mechanics wear uniforms and are polite and well groomed. This place is amazing. I'm never going anywhere else for my car service.

There was smoke coming out of my steering wheel so I brought my car into Jones Auto Repair, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong. So I brought it to my mechanic friend and he found the problem in less than 5 minutes, two wires in the ignition were touching and that's what caused the smoke. It could have easily started a fire and Jones Auto Repair let me drive away like that. :/ I know mistakes are made in any business but this seems like something that really should not have been overlooked. It made me wonder if they really even looked at it when my friend was able to find the problem almost immediately.

"Red" Jones was in Rosamond a looonng time ago and I'm not sure if this is still his place or his family's but, I've always had good service from here. Even for my tractor! Always busy and has a waiting room with A/C! Whoo-hoo!

Ive taken 3 different vehicles there for a total of about 7 visits. Twice they turned me away because they knew of somewhere that could do it cheaper or they said that my car didnt need the repair that another mechanic did. Incredibly honest, quick and very personable. I would recomend this shop to anybody in the Antelope Valley.
