Seemingly friendly and convenient service. I brought in my car that was recently stolen and had its engine destroyed during the burglary but Fisher had zero sympathy for my recent misfortunes. They verified it was totaled and hit me with a bill. Like most mechanics, their looking for a quick buck.

The guys at Fishers landing Auto are Legit, took my jeep last year and Justin fixed it for half of what i was told bye other shops. Took my new Nissan to him during holiday's this year and he got it done during Xmass not to mention free car wash. Thanks again will be back.

I just had a great experience at Fisher's Landing Automotive Repair. My Accord needed to have the oil pan replaced (after my son ran over a median with it). I know just enough about cars to be dangerous, and my brother is an expert auto mechanic in Wisconsin...so I can usually tell when a mechanic is feeding me a line. I didn't feel that way at all with Justin. He was very friendly, honest and fair. And he seemed genuinely interested in helping me. He didn't add lots of hidden fees or call for extra services that weren't necessary. Just great work at a fair price. The young men that worked in his shop were very friendly and respectful as well. He even took time to show my son around the shop, including showing him the damage to the oil pan, and also some "teenage driving tips". :) I will definitely return to Justin in the future when I need automotive service.

My car happened to break down in the Main Event Sports Grill parking lot next door after several days of having problems. I received fantastic customer service, above and beyond what I would have expected, the turn around time on the diagnosis and repair was top notch. I'll definitely be returning next time I have an issue.

I brought my 1977 Monte Carlo to Justin because I could not put a new headlight in. Within 20 minutes he had the car fixed. I wanted to pay him for doing it but he said "No" I moved to Vancouver in 2009 and he has been doing all of my repairs since then. He has ALWAYS treated me fairly and gets the job done in a very timely manner. You can check around if you want but Justin will give you the best deals and the best service. He definitely has my vote :--)

We recently had BOTH of our cars break down in one weekend. Justin and Tony took great care of us, followed through with every promise and even overestimated what our total bill would be, so it was a nice surprise at checkout.
When we decided that our Subaru was not worth the repair, they helped us find alternatives for a place to take our car for parts. That was so helpful.
They have a customer for life with us! It's rare that you walk away from a car repair situation feeling good about it. We really appreciate these guys.

Had brake pads, rotors and fluid replaced. They did a great job, finished on time, costs were per estimate. Will return for future service.
Note: The sign on the shop says Valvoline, but this location does so much more than just oil changes. Great location , too. Right across the street from the Fishers Landing Transit Center.

Nothing is worse then taking your car to a mechanic on the back of a tow truck! Which is why I am so happy this was my second visit to these guys. Turned out that I had bad sensors which I guess is a common problem with KIA's, but it was not a big deal, they got my van right into the bay, and got right to work! It was well worth it. There are plenty of repair shops in Portland (where I live) but I would rather take it across the river to these guys.

I will never trust my car to anyone else but Justin! He is honest, friendly, and really listens. I am so thrilled he was able to figure out what was wrong with my car. I have serious trust issues when it comes to mechanics because I have been taken advantage of in the past so I'm doubly grateful for his honesty.

I had to get a new radiator, so I came back to these guys. My husband has had good success with them a couple times since my last review, so I figured they'd be a good bet.
My coolant had been draining (requiring a refill every three days), so I drove in, explained the issue, and sat in the waiting room for the inevitable bad news. One of the employees popped in to tell me my coolant was full and everything looked fine. No $&^), because I filled it up just that morning! Luckily (?) coolant started dripping down into the work area below, otherwise I think they would have just sent me home. They flat-out didn't believe that anything was wrong with the car. Why else would I be there?!
A couple days and one slightly discounted radiator later, I notice I'm out of coolant. Again. I refilled and prepared to return to the mechanic (who, on par with past experience, was only available a couple days a week), but luckily the level seemed to stabilize after that. We decided the shop had caught an air bubble in the system while refilling the coolant. Everything has been fine since, but it seems like properly-filled coolant shouldn't be too much to ask for.

I have been in this shop a couple of times over the past couple of years. Each time I was fully pleased with their customer service. Not only have they been able to look at my car in a timely fashion (same day or by set appointment), they have also returned my car the same day as quoted. The prices are also fair. I will continue to bring in my car to this trusted family shop.
