I used to go to the Welty's auto service, just outside of town. I discovered, after receiving what I thought was an inflated estimate, that Welty's auto had been sold, and that only the business' name remained. I then discovered that Casey had opened CW Auto....I have used him, and his shop, as my auto service repair since, and will continue to do so! The staff are friendly, and professional. They treat all, like they have known them for years.

My sons and I were traveling through Sheridan last night hauling some expensive animals to Texas and lost all the coolant out of our truck. We thought our water pump was shot. I tried calling at least 5 other service centers and was told they were sorry for me but were too busy to help me today. Casey said he was swamped but would help us anyway. My wife and I were recommended and were first time customers with Casey. He treated us like we had been going there for years! He was honest with us about our vehicle and his charges were affordable. He is definitely a man who takes pride in his work and even more pride for helping the people who rely on him. I would recommend Casey to anyone in the Sheridan area who is looking for an honest and caring auto technician.

Developed a leak in a high pressure power steering hose, stopped in to see if they could fit it in that day. Casey got the part locally and told me to come back in one hour. Done deal fixed, back on the road, awesome service.

Casey and the staff were very helpful. Casey diagnosed my truck's problems correctly the first time he looked at it after another big shop in town had previously misdiagnosed it. He did a pretty major repair (timing chains and lots of other stuff). They were straightforward and got me back on the road fast. I'll use them again if I ever need auto repairs.
