Jim was great! Stopped by and he took time to get to know me and talked to me about options for my car. I really like someone who gets to know their customer and explains the process. Although we live in Norman I will try to get my vehicles to Jim when possible. Was also fun talking about old BA friends we had in commen.

It's hard to find a honest trustworthy mechanics and Jim is definitely one of the good ones. We were stranded out of town on for a wedding when our truck broke down. Jim not only staid late to finish it so we could get back to Albuquerque but did it for less than he originally quoted. Stating the part cost him less so why should he charge us more. How cool is that!!!

Best in Tulsa. Honest and reliable. Very impressed at how committed Jim was to keeping his word and getting my car back to me. He stayed late for me on a Friday so I could get my car back under tough circumstances. He has always been able to give me the correct diagnostic and do great work for a more than reasonable price. He's a one man band and you'd never be able to tell. Putting a lot of shops to shame!

I think he's a crook who doesn't live by the warranty agreement or by his word. I took my car to him 4/8/2016 to be looked at for my wheel bearing but he said it was my brakes. He changed the rotors & brake pads for my car but now 2 weeks later my brakes & rotors are metal to metal but my calibers are locked.
