I can't explain my love for this shop. It is your one stop shop for all motorcycle needs. The owner Ross Smith got a call from me at 11 at night and came to my rescue when my wheel bearing broke. He not only came to help me diagnose my bike right then and there, but stayed with me to help load my bike into a truck, and even helped me load the bike. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone each chance I get. I can't express my gratitude to this shop. I will be taking my bike religiously to this shop whenever I need something. Thank you Pro Moto and thank you Ross Smith for owning such a biker friendly shop with exceptional customer service!!!

Pro Moto is the total package! Incredible staff/mechanics. They give you the honest truth about what needs to be fixed and you won't find extras on your invoice. You pay a fair price for great work! The shop is a great facility and in an easy to access location.

My moto baby had a little trouble coming out of the truck, she took a spill. She is now at Pro-moto and in the best hands possible! I'm very picky about who works on her but these two guys will take care of her and make her better than she was! Thanks Ross and Billy for being there for Jade and I when we needed you! You guys are the masters!

I really wanted to do business with these guys. They were friendly, and down to earth, but simply not organized.
Mistakes happen, and I get that, but I had to remind them 3 times of the work that they were supposed to do, and it took them 2 weeks beyond what they initially told me. I also was not told what my cost would be, and I specifically told them that I need to know what my charges were going to be if they found any additional problems.
I still haven't received an invoice for parts/labor performed, which I have requested 3 times.
This is really unfortunate, since I really dislike their competition across the street. (They are rude, and overpriced.)
