We took our daughter's Jeep to be repaired after an accident. They completed the work within the insurance payment received. We also had some complicating, extenuating circumstances that required extra customer service. They went above and beyond what normally would be expected to accommodate us, and we were very grateful for that. We are from northern Utah, and this was our first experience with Centric Collision, so their attention to our needs wasn't because we were regular customers or they would ever see us again.

We are, unfortunately, repeat customers. The staff is wonderful to work with. They called every couple of days to update us on the status of our vehicle. They also came in on a Saturday to let us pick up our car before a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend!
