I can not say enough about how helpful Hoffman Auto is! My coworkers and I were having trouble with a car rental and needed to have the car serviced. Hoffman Auto took care of us and we were ultimately able to get home safely from a long work trip.

Great service, helpful staff, good mascot " Jonathan's dog", couldn't be happier.Just looked back to see I have already written a review for Hoffman Auto. Still a great place to bring your car. I especially like that I don't have to lug my tires home between changes. Great service and attention to detail.

I was leaving lake placid after a nice vacation and had an issue with my wiper arm. It had loosen up and was not moving. I pulled in to see if they could fix it. They went out tighten it and would not take any money. I guess there are still garages around that are helpful and not looking to make a quick dollar. Thanks for your help.

Several months ago I brought my WRX in for fuel system upgrades, boost controller, and custom tune. The service manager was very quick to reply to emails, and helped in part selection. Once I arrived, I was greeted by name, given one final review of the work order, and off the car went! Everyone I talked to at the shop was very knowledgeable, and I was kept in the loop as the work was performed, whether it was a issue needing approval to fix or just a update, something other garages should do! After a small mishap with a very worn tire needing replacement, the service manager quickly arranged my spare set of tires to be delivered since I live 2 hours away. Picked up the car, paid a fair price for the work done, and the car has been running strong since. I'm running 18 psi with 265 whp and 298 wtq after final tune and could not be happier!

I had trouble getting tires put on my new car at several other places on my brand new vehicle. They had my low profile tires mounted and balanced same day without a scratch. Employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. 5/5 would recommend again.
