This is the Mechanic to call when your car breaks down Upstate NY. Located in Middletown right of the exit, I think in #120. This business has grown so much from the last time I was there. It's a sign that he must be doing the right jobs. They have tow truck services and mechanic services.

Place was shit. Almost $300 after being quoted $180 for them to drain the oil pan, put 6 quarts in, fill trans fluid, and check over the fluids. Rip off artists that i will NEVER go back to.

wow may 11 th 1965 to may 11, 2012 must be doing everything right congratulations to the cast and crew !!!!!!!!been a customer for about 15 years , he stands by everything he sells and repairs no games , you are given a written estimate on all repairs even the small ones . the labor rate much lower than the dealer and the staff great, no corporation answers just honest . our family has purchased vehicles from here, anything goes wrong its guarenteed, have our cars serviced and inspected here, my daughter had an accident {minor} they took care of everything the insurance the tow the repair even made sure she got home safe . it does get very busy however we know our vehicles are been repaired correctly

Ok, I have dealt with these people for years. They used to be a good place but last few times I have called them they were very rude and I get hung up on EVERYTIME I call, they do not return phone calls. VERY unprofessional people and business. I called there this morning just to ask if they had time to inspect my vehicle and was told "listen, we don't make appointments over the phone for vehicle inspections, you'll just have to come in to set appointment, then they hung up on me. Nevermind I'm traveling half hour out to give them business. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and they will get no more business from me or anyone in my family. There's a lot more places out there that are so much better then Martine's. The one other review they got here, is probably bogus because I know a lot of other people that have nothing but problems with these guys.
