This shop was absolutely amazing. They were the most helpful and friendly people I've ever dealt with. The woman at the front desk was so understanding and made sure she kept me informed on my situation. They really cater to their customers.

We've been taking our vehicles to TM Auto for years now. We depend on TM to keep our vehicles on the road and Mike's expert advice has been instrumental in helping us avoid the lemons when we buy new vehicles. He really knows his craft. TM Auto is a small business but Mike and Tracy make it a great place to get your car fixed. We recommend our friends to Tm Auto every time.

This is only garage that I will take my vehicles to in Plattsburgh!! Fast, curteous, and always fair with their prices. I would refer anyone to these guys!! I know a good amount about car repairs, but as a shade tree mechanic, there are some things I am not qualified to do. For those instances I bring my vehicle to TM Auto Repair.

So I brought my car to this shop to have it looked at because the check engine light was on. They told me that I would need over $1400 in parts and labor. Brought the car to Garvey Hyundai and they told me it would cost $600. T&M wanted to replace my whole fuel assembly and the only thing that needed to be replaced was my purge control valves. The other part was a steering problem and T&M wanted $950 to fix it, Garvey did it for $400. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!

Unbelievable service! We had surprise brake trouble on a trip through Plattsburgh and still had over 250 miles to go before reaching home. A call to AAA led us to TM Auto Repair. Not only did Tracy and Mike take us immediately upon our call, Mike diagnosed our problem within a half hour and Tracy ordered the parts we needed. Mike repaired our car and had us on the road within three hours. He even pointed out something else to get looked at by our own mechanic when we got home. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be an amazingly pleasant experience. Their prices were great and the waiting room was very pleasant. Highly recommend TM Auto Repair to anybody in the Plattsburgh area.
