First time using them, I needed my back bumper replaced and painted. Everything looked great when they were finished except a couple very minor raised paint inconsistencies. I called to let them know and they took it in the next day to fix. They fixed the inconsistencies, re-washed the whole car and even drove me 10 mins down the road to work and brought it to me when they were done. Pricing: was consistent with all other quotes I received. I'd go back again.

Our daughter and her family drove their VW Jetta from Arlington, Va to our home in Snyder. Their Jetta needed collision work and on Monday, June 20 I took their car to Mark Jr. to see if he could fix everything by Friday, June 24. Mark Jr. said he could. At the end of the day on Friday he had 98% of the work done. He said to my daughter, "Here's the plan. I'll have the last part needed sent to your VW dealer in Arlington and have them finish the work at my cost." He did and now the VW looks good! We were all awed by this level of service. Mark Schneegold Sr. & Jr. and their employees do a great job! They are honest, hard-working professionals who know their craft as good as, if not better than, any of the big shops in town. I just picked up my car today after dropping it off less than a week ago, and it looked spectacular. And they guarantee their work for as long as you own your car!

The only thing I noticed is the color is not an exact match, the color they used is slightly brighter than the rest of the car but only can see it if you're looking for it. Update: I did just recently find small blue paint spots on my rims they were the only people to paint my car so left to assume it was from here.
