Nobody needs a transmission repair shop very often. In fact, we'd all be happy to never, ever need the services of a transmission repair shop. However, if you find yourself in need of repair services for your car's transmission, you'd be hard pressed to find someone better than Jeff's to do your work.
Jeff's is a true dad & son shop. It's well off the road so you need to know where to go, but once you get there, you'll be glad you found them. Jeff (dad) & Mike (son) run the place, and it looks like it's just the two of them. Transmissions is all they do, and they do a great job of it. I've heard several people recommend Jeff's, and after using them to repair my Jeep, I can see why.
Jeff had the Jeep up and running again in two days. He saved the parts for me, showed me what broke and why, and explained what he did to fix the problem. He was friendly and helpful, and took the time to make me feel like an important part of his business. In other words, he offered something that seems to be lacking these days - excellent customer service.
The price was fair, the work was top notch, and it was completed quickly and with a smile. What more can you ask for? I hope I never need to see them again for their professional service, but if I do, I will not hesitate to take my car there.
