We were given the name of this shop by someone with many years in the automotive industry in the Indianapolis area. We were told they were the best. Unfortunately, we'll never know. Four months after initially contacting this shop, we were finally told today, they don't work on BMWs any more because they are too complicated with all their computers. We need a hood and a bumper cover. Nothing that requires even remotely doing anything to a computer on my car. In addition, my car is a 2004. There are 2014 Fords with more advanced computers than what my car has. I'm not saying this privately owned business has to take every customer that walks in the door. I'm saying that if you don't want someone's business don't string them along for 4 months. Return phone calls and be professional.

The folks at Carmel Auto Contours did an awesome job on my 2014 Ford Fiesta. They fixed the front and back ends in about 2 weeks. The results were amazing..like nothing ever happened. Service is great and they also cleaned the inside of my car. They made me feel very comfortable after all the stress I had been through with my accident. Though I don't wish to be back there (haha), if I do need my car fixed again, C.A.C. is where I'm taking it.

The folks at CAC has repaired more of our family and extended family cars than I care to admit, and we've been wonderfully pleased over the last 20 years. I do hope to never need them again, but ICE and snow has changed those plans.
