On August 11, 2016 I was leaving Vienna, Ga & got a flat tire then I put the spare on & it blew as well. I thought I was out of options until I called Pettis Tire Co.. They were really reasonable in price .They showed great customer service .They made it to my location within 25 minutes with a another tire. Thank you so much Pettis Tire Co..

On May 4th, 2009 I was on a trip to Athens, GA to see a friend graduate from pharmacy school. On I-75 N I had a blowout on my back right tire. I called my parents to find a tire service nearby as I was pretty close to Vienna, GA. The nearest one that was open (it was about 6 pm on a Friday evening) was this place. I changed my own tire and put a doughnut on and drove back about 9 miles or so until I was able to find this place. They asked me if I wanted a new or a used tire I just told them new. I was expecting to pay around 100 dollars or so. The guy changing my tire made some unprofessional comment in my presence about how much I was going to be paying for the tire. I was thinking "Okay?" It was pretty funny to him that I had a blowout apparently and even funnier that he was going to make an insane profit off of my misfortune. Very funny, indeed.. I get into the office and they charged me nearly 200 dollars (I believe it was 187 and some change) for this service--if you can call it that. To make matters worse I was having an allergy attack from the grass on the highway and my arm was breaking out in hives. I also still had about 2.5 hours of driving still ahead of me and I was set back at least an hour from this mishap. This wasn't going to be something I would forget about and that's why I'm reviewing them now. To their credit they did at least direct me to a CVS and told me the fastest way back to I-75 from there.
