This shop is dependable an you can count on the job to be done in a reasonable time an the guys are honest an tell you only what you need and not a bunch of extra!! I highly recommend this shop an these guys, I never half to return with the same problem.

Began having transmission problems while driving our daughter to school in Orlando, the only place open was Bracket's Rachet in Marrow, GA. He ran a diagnostic on the car and gave us the news that we were down a gear. He also let us know that our A/C, that we had just spent $1400 on in Kansas City at a Dealership was throwing a code. We found his knowledge very insightful. It isn't everyday you find a mechanic you feel you can trust, but we did. Thank you!!!

I recently took both of my cars to Bracketts Ratchet Auto Service Inc to have some work done. They were friendly and professional! I had work done last year and found out that I needed to have the same work redone. Ricky and his crew were straight with me and I walked away very happy! The price was great and better then the other places that I called for a price quote. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and it was done correctly! I have found someone that I can trust for all my car repairs! Thank you!
