Called them on a Thursday and they were able to fit me in first thing Friday morning. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the tint job and the guy had me in and out of there in less then a hour. Will definitely bring my personal vehicle to have its windows tinted as well. Great people and service, will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to have their windows tinted.

Auto Image is the place customers dream of. It starts with setting an appointment, if they can't get you that day, they'll certainly have you in ASAP. Next is the quality. Richard doesn't "rig up" anything. He takes the time necessary to do the job correctly and goes the extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied with the job. Quality. Quality. Quality. Tammy and the crew treat you like you're their only customer in the entire world once you walk in the doors and they strive to help you achieve your ideal image for your vehicle and in no way, shape, or form do they push you to spend. I've had tint, a tool box, bed rails, and LEDs installed here. You can't even use money as an excuse to not come back because their prices are simply the best. I can't wait for the next project to have Auto Image of Goldsboro complete.

Auto Image has been working on my trucks since 2007.they have done three of them for me and i have been very pleased with their work.they are a very good group of people.i have had bed rugs ,windows tinted,window shades.step rails,bed caps and graphes.thank you guys you are the best .Rock on

I've had multiple vehicles tinted at different shops throughout Goldsboro, by far the best product and customer service is at Auto Image. Tinted my Sedan with a visor strip in about an hour and a half. I personally would not go anywhere else.

They also keep the best line of car detail products for my car which I refuse to buy the typical products from Walmart. So, after having several issues at other businesses, we are VERY happy to have found this place. Just the fact that they have been in business and in this location so long speaks volumes to us. The owners have always been the most upfront and honest with us on what realistically can be done and have been very fairly priced. I am extremely picky and critical when it comes to my car and thankfully so is the owner Richard. He has always been very meticulous and it shows in the quality job that has been done. I can't thank them enough for the work they have done for my husband and I. We both always recommend Auto Image to our family and friends. It is a bit of a drive (2 hours one way), but it has always been well worth it. My son will be driving soon and he is already looking forward to getting his car tricked out by them. Thank you Richard, Tammy and Mikey for all you do!

This business would do soo much better without the lady that runs the desk/appointments. Horrible attitude, and will charge you more for an "illegal" job because darker film "costs more and is illegal". Simply not true. It is not illegal for them to apply the tint, only for you to operate the motor vehicle with it on it.(if below 35 %) Simple scam for them to get more money. When confronted about the issue, she simply says to bring your business elsewhere! Not a problem, and hope you will do the same! Cash payers deserve more, without all the attitude. She obviously needs to find a career other than customer service, I hope the company realizes this.
